This unique class blends ancient gentle flowing movements with Thai Yoga postures
and breathing techniques designed to relax and heal by stimulating the Sen lines and
helping your body balance. Reducing the stress of today’s busy lifestyle and improving
our health and sense of wellbeing we all need the three pillars of Thai Chi Wa -
Movement, Massage and Meals.
